1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Peanutty App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Service

Peanutty offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following terms:

Monthly subscription: Automatically renews every month
Annual subscription: Automatically renews every year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Upload or share inappropriate or harmful content
Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Peanutty a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the App's services.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Family Sharing

Family Sharing is available for Premium subscriptions. Up to six family members can share access to the Premium features through Family Sharing.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peanutty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
